River, a tributary of the Loire, in central France, is 565 km long and gives it's name to a department?
Cher is a tributary and there is also a department called Cher, however the lengh quoted in the source below is on 320km.





Allier is also a tributary, and there is a department called Allier but again the length is only 410km





Indre is the same with a length of 266km





...you can browse through them all, but non appear to be 565km long! sorry!
